What happens if I need to cancel?

I understand plans sometimes need to change. Please contact me as soon as possible, ideally 24 hours before our appointment. 

What if I'm not satisfied? 

I hope you're super happy with your new style, colour or cut, but if you're not happy with anything, please just tell me afterwards, call or e-mail me and I will see if I can alter anything for you, free of charge

How can I leave you a review?

I'd love to hear from you if you are happy with what you have received. There isn't a review function on the website so please send your comments to me and I will post with an anonymous name if you wish. Alternatively you are welcome to leave a review on my Facebook or Instagram pages
